This Privacy Policy explains what information about you is collected, how it is done, what it is used for and to whom CartoonIt (hereinafter referred to as the App) is provided, and under what circumstances this information is disclosed.

Information we collect about you:

We do not have a registration/login process, so we do not store any personal information on our servers.

We only collect your email name when you decide to email our developers for feedback/bug reports/new feature requests. We collect this information to fix bugs or to improve our services. This email will be used to contact you to improve our services. We will never use this information for any other purpose, such as to further market our products, or to disclose your personal information to third parties for commercial gain.

This application does not collect the user's face data. After this application cartoonizes the pictures containing the face data in the photo library, it will not collect the data in any form. By downloading or using CartoonIt (hereinafter referred to as the App), these terms will automatically apply to you - therefore, you should ensure that you read them carefully before using the App. You may not copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the Application, nor attempt to translate the Application into other languages ​​or make derivative versions. The application itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Li Yang.


Li Yang is committed to making sure the app is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time for any reason. We will never charge you for an app or its services without specifying what you purchased.


The app retains and processes the personal data you provide to us in order to provide its services. You are responsible for keeping your phone and app access secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software limitations and restrictions imposed by the device's official operating system. It may make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may mean that the app will not work properly or at all.

However, you undertake to always accept updates to the app as they are made available to you. We may also wish to cease offering the app and may terminate use of the app at any time without giving you notice of termination. Unless we notify you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the Application and (if required) remove it from your device deleted in .


Subscription Terms

This subscription automatically renews at the price of the subscription purchase plan selected by the user at the end of each year, unless cancelled 24 hours in advance. The subscription fee will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage your subscriptions on and off by going into settings. Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during the event period.
