By downloading or using CartoonIt (hereinafter referred to as the App), these terms will automatically apply to you - therefore, you should ensure that you read them carefully before using the App. You may not copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the Application, nor attempt to translate the Application into other languages ​​or make derivative versions. The application itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Li Yang.

Li Yang is committed to making sure the app is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time for any reason. We will never charge you for an app or its services without specifying what you purchased.

The app retains and processes the personal data you provide to us in order to provide its services. You are responsible for keeping your phone and app access secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software limitations and restrictions imposed by the device's official operating system. It may make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may mean that the app will not work properly or at all.

Some features of the app require an active internet connection, but if you do not have an active internet connection or data allowance, Li Yang is not responsible for the app not functioning fully.

If you use the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should keep in mind that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. As a result, your mobile provider may charge you for data or other third-party fees during the connection when accessing the app. You will be responsible for any such charges, including roaming data charges, if you use the app outside your home territory (ie region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which the app is being used, please note that we assume you have permission from the bill payer to use the app.

Regarding Li Yang's responsibility for your use of the app, it is important to note that while we strive to ensure that it is always up-to-date and correct, we do rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can provide it to you. Li Yang is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses suffered by you as a result of your complete reliance on this feature of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the application. The app is currently available on iOS - requirements may change and you will need to download an update if you want to continue using the app. Li Yang makes no commitment to always update the app to be relevant to you and/or to work with the version of iOS installed on your device. However, you undertake to always accept updates to the app as they are made available to you. We may also wish to cease offering the app and may terminate use of the app at any time without giving you notice of termination. Unless we notify you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the Application and (if required) remove it from your device deleted in .

Subscription Terms

This subscription automatically renews at the price of the subscription purchase plan selected by the user at the end of each year, unless cancelled 24 hours in advance. The subscription fee will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage your subscriptions on and off by going into settings. Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during the event period.

Change terms of use

We may, in our sole discretion, update, change or modify these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Any such changes, updates or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. When we post changes to these Terms of Use, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms of Use. Your continued use of our application will constitute your acceptance of these changes.
