This Privacy Policy explains what information about you is collected, how it is done, what it is used for and to whom CartoonIt (hereinafter referred to as the App) is provided, and under what circumstances this information is disclosed.

Information we collect about you:

We do not have a registration/login process, so we do not store any personal information on our servers.

We only collect your email name when you decide to email our developers for feedback/bug reports/new feature requests. We collect this information to fix bugs or to improve our services. This email will be used to contact you to improve our services. We will never use this information for any other purpose, such as to further market our products, or to disclose your personal information to third parties for commercial gain.

1) Photo library access: Users can select photos from the photo library, edit and save them.

face data processing

This application does not collect the user's face data. After this application cartoonizes the pictures containing the face data in the photo library, it will not collect the data in any form. This application is an application that cartoonizes the pictures in the user's photo library. The cartoonized pictures are stored in the user's photo library. How long these pictures are saved is the user's own decision.

in-app purchases

The app includes in-app purchases (IAP). In-app purchases are only possible after entering your App Store password, and it is your responsibility to maintain the security of that password. Please be aware of the iOS 15 minute window for making additional/in-app purchases, during which time your passcode may not be required.

To prevent accidental purchases, including purchases without your knowledge and permission, we recommend that you use password protection on your iPhone:

Please be aware, however, that the security of your personal information may be compromised at any time by unauthorized access or use, hardware or software failure, hacker attacks, the inherent insecurity of the Internet and other factors. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information and we accept no liability to you or any third party for any liability arising from any such loss, misuse or alteration.

Information Collected by Third Parties

We share collected non-personally identifiable information with third parties, third-party advertising providers and other third-party service providers (collectively, "Partners"). The information collected from you on our Apps in relation to your use of our Apps may be used to provide personalized advertising or to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

We may share information that can be used to personally identify your device (such as installation of permanent identifiers such as UUID, IDFA and IP address) in order to provide our services and display appropriate advertisements.

An advertising ID is a unique but non-personal and non-permanent identification number for a specific device provided by the operating system. The data collected using these IDs will not be associated with other device-related information, and this information will not personally identify you.
